CAMP CASPER

On August 21, 2017, the earth crossed the moon's shadow, creating a total solar eclipse that traveled across the entire USA – one of the best places to view this astronomical event was Casper, WY. So, Casper hit the road to create a once-in-a-lifetime luxury camping experience for fifty lucky guests, a mix of press, influencers, and fans of the brand.

Partnering with Under Canvas, Alamo Draft House, and Outdoor Voices, Casper set up a pop-up campground at the Trout On Inn, a picturesque venue along the shores of the North Platte River. Guests stayed in Under Canvas glamping tents, each outfitted with Casper sleep systems. Outdoor Voices organized float trips down the river and yoga in the fields. And, the Alamo Draft House hosted an evening under the stars equipped with a talk with an astronomer and a screening of Close Encounters of the Third Kind... in a horse corral.
